Small, growing graphic design studio seeks highly competent, intelligent and tech savvy bookkeeper for 1 day per week. Role includes all bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivables, benefits administration, invoicing, payroll, and working closely with accountant for tax preparation. Knowledge of quickbooks a must.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 2 years previous experience as a bookkeeper
• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks
• Previous experience with HR a bonus
• Must be extremely detail-oriented, organized, efficient, and capable of multitasking
• Strong communication skills
•Trustworthy, reliability and professionalism a must
Compensation: $30/hr
